Time of payment & removal of purchased lots – All bills must be paid in full on the day of sale.  Internet bidders must contact Alex Cooper Auctioneers at 410-828-4838 within twenty four hours or the next business day to arrange payment.  Purchaser(s) immediate removal required.

Sales Tax – The hammer price and buyer's premium are treated as the total purchase price and, therefore, is subject to a 6% (six percent) Maryland State sales tax.
