Time of payment & removal of purchased lots: Immediate payment required. Winning bidders must contact Alex Cooper Auctioneers, 'Accounting Department' at 410-828-4838 within twenty four hours or the next business day to arrange payment. NOTE: All Purchaser(s) must remove their purchased items on Friday, November 15, 2013 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Sales Tax: The hammer price and buyer's premium are treated as the total purchase price and, therefore, is subject to a 6% (six percent) Maryland State sales tax.
