Summary of terms of sale for Laundromat:
6% Buyers Premium Added To The Hammer Price. A deposit in the form of cash, cashier's check or certified check for $25,000 is due at the time and place of sale. The difference to bring the deposit up to 10% is due Tuesday, August 19, 2014 by 4:00pm in the auctioneer's office, located at 908 York Road, Towson, MD 21204. Closing is 30 days from the sale date. If payment of the balance of the deposit or purchase price is not paid within the specified period, the deposit will be forfeited and the offering may be resold at the risk and expense of the defaulting purchaser.
