Buyer’s Premium: Note that an eighteen percent (18%) buyer's premium on all purchases will be added to the purchase price.

Condition of Items Sold: Alex Cooper shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any item or lot and make no warranty in connection therewith.  No allowance will be made or sale set aside because of any incorrect information, error in cataloguing or any imperfection not noted.  No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all items being shown for public exhibition are sold, “AS IS” with all faults and with no guaranties or warranties of any type.

Payment: All bills must be paid in full by 5 PM EST on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.  Contact Alex Cooper Auctioneers at 410-828-4838 (accounting department) to arrange payment. 

Removal of Purchased Lots: We are scheduling two pickup dates; Wednesday, January 21, 2015 and Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 10 AM to 3:30 PM.  You MUST arrange for pick up of your purchases on the scheduled dates. 

Shipping: Removal arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser; which may include bringing tools, ladder, helper or whatever is necessary to remove purchases from the premises.  There is a UPS Store located in Cambridge, 410-221-7742 or email ADAM KELLEY at cambridgepackandship@gmail.com. 

Sales Tax: The hammer price and buyer's premium are treated as the total purchase price and, therefore, is subject to a 6% (six percent) Maryland State sales tax
