1941 Ford Panel Truck Contemporary Custom
This vehicle began life as a 1941 Ford panel truck, but has been highly modified by a professional shop, (F&F Speed, White Hall, MD) to become a contemporary style street rod. The vehicle rides on a new chassis, with modern independent front suspension, supercharged Ford V8 engine, automatic transmission, and a Ford nine rear end mounted to parallel leaf springs. The chassis is fully detailed and painted. The body has been highly modified; a Willy’s style front end is installed with a forward hinged power operated hood. The interior features a custom dash and center console with full instrumentation. This vehicle has been built with a high degree of attention to detail; overall the fit, finish, and paint quality are excellent. The vehicle has been used sparingly, and displays well.
Original Ford steel, the roof has been chopped, rear angle changed, body shortened, channeled with new floor and wheel tubs, recessed firewall. Front door handles and hinges shaved, with remote release. Willy’s style front end with modern headlamps. Power operated forward hinged hood. High quality paint and bodywork.

The chassis is fully detailed and features many polished and plated parts.
Ford 351 Windsor V8 feed by a supercharger with dual four barrel carburetor, headers, dual exhaust (built by Big Al’s Toy Box; comparable to Turn/Key Engine No. 575A) and C6 automatic transmission.

TERMS OF SALE: A deposit in the amount of $7,500.00, payable in cash or by certified check, will be required of the purchaser at the time and place of sale. The balance of the purchase price, payable in cash or by certified check, shall be due from the purchaser within twenty (20) days after the date of the sale. Time is of the essence. If the purchaser fails to tender the balance of the purchase price to the Sheriff, in cash or by certified check, within twenty (20) days after the date of the sale, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Sheriff, the Sheriff may, without further order of the court, declare the aforementioned deposit forfeited and resell the Subject Property at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. The Plaintiff, or any assignee or successor-in-interest of the Plaintiff, shall be entitled to credit bid at the sale up to the full amount of the Plaintiff’s judgment against the Defendant in the above captioned case. In the event that the Plaintiff, or any assignee or successor-in-interest of the Plaintiff, is the successful bidder at the sale, such party will not be required to deliver a deposit to the Sheriff on the unpaid purchase money. The Subject Property is being sold in an “AS IS” condition and without any warranties or representations, either express or implied, as to the nature, condition, value, use or description of the Subject Property. The Subject Property is also being sold subject to all senior liens and encumbrances that are not extinguished by operation of law by the sheriff’s sale and subject to all matters of record affecting the same. The Subject Property is also being sold subject to all problems, conditions and hazards which may exist on or with respect to the Subject Property and such state of facts that an accurate physical inspection of the Subject Property might disclose. The purchaser at the public sale shall assume the risk of loss for the Subject Property immediately after the sale takes place. All taxes, transfer taxes, and other fees and charges that are owed against the Subject Property shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and shall be paid by the purchaser after the sale takes place. If the Sheriff is unable to convey the Subject Property to the purchaser as described above, the sole remedy at law or in equity of the purchaser shall be limited to a refund of the aforementioned deposit, without interest thereon. Upon refund of the deposit to the purchaser as aforesaid, the sale shall be void and of no effect, and the purchaser shall have no claim against the Sheriff, the Plaintiff or the Auctioneer (as defined below). The purchaser’s rights and obligations regarding the terms and conduct of the sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
